Returns will be accepted only if the returned items are received by Advanced Herbaceuticals within 35 days of shipment to customer. All returns must include:
a. 1 empty bottle & all other unopened bottles in resalable condition.
b. A return authorization code from Advanced Herbaceuticals.
c. Proof of purchase (original receipt).
A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping & handling, along with a 10% restocking fee, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise as directed. Failure to return the merchandise as directed may result in a delay of processing or refusal of the return.
